What kind of twisted, sick mind would want to marry in order to have babies to raise as suicide bombers? But that is exactly what happened in Gaza City on January 7th, 2009. Aida al-Qaddumi (22) married Fadel al-Ghul (who happens to be the brother of Hamas justice minister Faraj) claiming that other than raising children to be fighters, she hoped to die as a martyr in Israel.

Mothers usually hope to see their children grow up and have children of their own, but religious fanaticism has perverted the minds of many Palestinians, who actually strive to see see their children die through shahada. Its a concept that is pummeled into the minds of their children, at a very young age, until those children learn to love death more than they love life. If their parents seek nothing more than to have their children die as martyrs, why should they aspire to anything else. Imagine, what could happen if the parents instilled love instead of hatred, life instead of death into the hearts and minds of these kids, they might, just might turn into peacemakers instead of human bombs.

The trouble is, the Hamas TV station Al-Aqsa is transporting those same seeds of hatred to children in Europe and elsewhere, through their children’s programming. Farfur, the Mickey Mouse clone that was eventually pulled from the airwaves after much protest last year, taught children to hate Jews and seek Islamic domination.

“Sanabel, what do you want to do to help the Al-Aqsa Mosque?” Farfur asks on the children’s program of Hamas’s Al-Aqsa television station. “We want to fight.” “And what else?” “Wipe out the Jews.”

This hate-filled programming is inspiring the minds of Muslim children in Europe, as well and is based in the Hamas Charter which quotes Mohammed as saying
