There are some people who should never be allowed to become a parent. They look upon their progeny as disposable property, to be dispensed with at will. Tampa Bay, Florida Richard McTear, Jr., a 21-year-old conscienceless punk, is one such parent.
Very early Tuesday morning, McTear ended the life of his 4 month-old baby by throwing him out the window of his car as he was driving on the 1-275 freeway, as if it was a piece of garbage. The baby was found dead at approximately 4:30 a.m. by an off-duty reporter, Jason Bird-
“On the side of the road, I saw something out of the corner of my eye and at first I thought it was a baby doll, and then as I was thinking about it more I thought that was awfully big for a doll,” Bird said.
He decided to go back to take another look.
“It was laying there with its eyes open,” he said. “I couldn’t look at it. It freaked me out, but fortunately law enforcement came right away.”
Apparently, the baby’s mother called police after McTear beat both the child and the mother, and took off in his car with the baby in tow.
Not surprisingly, McTear has prior felony charges against him, including domestic battery and aggravated assault. Now he can add 1st degree murder to his record, and hopefully he will rot in jail for the rest of his miserable life, if he survives.
Does he feel any remorse? Heck no. When asked by a TV reporter how he could throw his baby out a window, he said “It’s a dirty game.”
What a horrendous thing to say. Then again, not surprising coming from a culture that glorifies jihad and death.
There are plenty of parents that raise their kids at that age, and younger, who are responsible, loving parents. But far too many who abuse their children, which is unconscionable. They should make all highschool kids take parenting classes.
Typical sociopath reaction.
Definitely a sociopath. And absolutely no remorse. There was a video of him, and he was laughing as he was being arrested, and said into the camera ”I love you... ” whatever the girlfriend’s name was. Sick.
Who knows how long he will last in jail. Inmates and others don’t take kindly to people who harm children. Even some hardened criminals have a code of ethics.
I think those were different times, but still and all.
As for the death penalty, I’m sure he will probably get it, and i agree with you, deservedly so.

But there are worse cultures in this world, like parents sending their children off as suicide bombers and teaching their children to hate others who don’t happen to be the same religion. Would you say Iran is a civilized country? Yet you stone and kill people. You have the highest rate of executions of children in the world. And this is state sanctioned.
Let’s not casst stones.
